We always appreciate the hard work of Janai, Ameyali, Eduardo our Butler, Lucinda, Laura and Mayra, Chef Heber (The fish market and wings are always fantastic), Ana (Great with Checkin), Erika front desk supervisor and Brenda (Always greet us with a smile for breakfast in Blanc). We have been going to Leblanc for the past 10 years. You should take the final bow!! So a sincere thank you to all. Clearly you manage correctly by instilling a true pride in your team. Management: I didn't even see you or wasn't aware you were there. The Mariachi band, the jazz duo in the lobby. But I enjoyed every artist I listened to. My husband and I spent all day on the 6th floor making sure that all of our pertinent questions were asked and met to our satisfaction. Desirous of becoming members at this time, we negotiated a good contract and were assisted kindly by Roberto, Paulina, Mauricio, and lastly the closer, JC. However, our experience with the sales department has been one disappointment after another. GM, Erika, front desk supervisor, Ana, guest services, Eduardo, butler, Lucinda, Laura, and Mayra always make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. Outstanding individuals like Janai, GM & Ameyali, Asst.
